Market Analysis Projects. We produce bespoke market analysis to help firms make informed strategic and tactical decisions on business strategy, talent management, functional structures, budgets and compensation. Although each analysis project is bespoke and tailored to the needs of each business they may include function analysis, compensation analysis or perception analysis projects.

Onboarding Solutions. Map Room provide extensive due diligence and onboarding solutions including rigorous Background Screening and Vetting and more detailed Executive Screening. These may include identity or address verification, right to work, financial screening and credit check, criminal records checks, professional or academic checks, reference checks and financial risks and sanctions checks.

Map Benchmark. Map Room provide benchmarking services, whereby internal and external candidates are assessed using either the Map Assessment Framework or the prescribed performance criteria, and benchmarked against market expectation for salary and remuneration. Map Room also provide benchmark candidates on contingent and retained assignments as a useful measure of being on track.

Project Management. In order to deliver bespoke Permanent, Interim or Consultancy solutions Map Room utilize a Project Management method to achieve tight timelines and budgets, reporting at key milestones. Map Room is adept at managing multiple stakeholders across diverse functions ranging from HR, Procurement, Operations & Change Management, Finance, and Risk.
